Our inspector is certified though AHIT's extensive 120hr inspecting course, has passed the NHIE (National Inspector's Exam), and is a member and Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI.
Our inspector is officially licensed by the State of Tennessee, meeting the requirement of 32 credit hours of continuing education every two years. Additionally, he holds the title of Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to excellence by completing an extra 24 hours of continuing education annually—surpassing the standard expectations for most inspectors.
Before transitioning to home inspections, our inspector built a strong foundation in the construction industry, specializing in renovations, remodeling, and complete home transformations. This extensive experience equips us with the expertise to diagnose, evaluate, and detect defects homes up to a structural level—ensuring quality and reliability in every inspection.
We strive to provide an inspection that is as accurate and thorough as possible for every home we assess. We firmly believe that a hands-on approach is the most honest and effective way to evaluate a property. For this reason, we do not rely on drones or restrictive technology when inspecting your potential home. However, in rare instances, confined spaces may pose safety risks and be inaccessible.
Once the inspection is completed, the final report is finalized within 24 hours and uploaded to our software. If the inspection fee has been prepaid, the report will be automatically sent to the provided email address. Otherwise, the software will securely store the report until the inspection fee has been settled.
We strive to make the report straightforward and easy to understand, organizing it into three main sections: the introduction, the summary, and the body.
By following this structure, we aim to deliver a clear and comprehensive overview of the home inspection findings.
If the Home Inspection reveals issues with the property, you can use this information to negotiate with the seller for either repairs or a price reduction. In some cases, you may choose to walk away from the purchase entirely.

Certainly! After the home inspection, repairs are typically negotiated between the buying and selling parties. Once these repairs are completed, it’s a suggested to have the inspector reassess and verify if the defect has been properly addressed. This service is available for a small walk-through fee. Feel free to contact us post-repair to make the most of this valuable option.
